Knowledge Economy (KE) is increasing its contribution to GDP of most countries in an accelerated rhythm and enlarges rapidly toward the emergent economies. In KE, knowledge becomes a strategic resource, and managing knowledge becomes a driving force of achieving a competitive advantage.
