Biography
Małgorzata Zięba is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology. She received her Ph.D. degree in Economics from the same university. Her research areas concern knowledge and innovation management in small and medium sized companies, mainly from the knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) sector.
She has attracted funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) and the National Science Centre (NCN) in Poland. She was giving lectures at the Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania, Universidad de Jaen, Spain, Fachhochschule Stralsund, Germany. She was a junior fellow at the University of Glasgow, Scotland in 2012. She has published several papers on knowledge management and presented research results at national and international conferences.
