Biography
Anikó Csepregi is Assistant Professor at Department of Management at University of Pannonia, Veszprém. She received her PhD in Knowledge Management from University of Pannonia, Veszprém where she has been a member of the Strategic Management Research Group. Csepregi’s main teaching and/or research interests lie in the areas of knowledge management, competence management, project management and organizational culture, with a particular focus on individual competences, the enablers of knowledge sharing, management of projects and the effect of generational differences. She has published on these topics in book chapters, journals and conference proceedings. Csepregi is an active member of several professional societies and groups including IAKM, and SMRG; serves on editorial boards, and conference committees and is a reviewer for numerous international journals and conferences.

Research: Knowledge sharing of middle/project managers, Competences found important for knowledge sharing, Effect of project/organizational/national cultural differences or generational differences on knowledge sharing, Project strategy development.
