Leonardo D’Itri has a wide work experience in these areas:

- Web 2.0 e Enterprise 2.0 (Community, social media, Wikipedia system, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Organization Analysis, etc.)
- Enterprise Content Management Platform: OpenText's Livelink and CS 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and Microsoft SharePoint 2010, IBM Lotus Connections 3.0, Alfresco 4.0
- Project Management skills: Swot analysis, WBS, Gantt, workflow definition, process management, team management (engagement and motivation)
