Biography
Elena – Mădălina Vătămănescu is Associate Professor, Ph.D., at the Faculty of Management, S.N.S.P.A. At present, she is Deputy Head of the Centre for Research in Management and Leadership and Managing Editor of the Journal of Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy. She is Doctor in Communication Sciences and Ph.D. candidate in Economics and International Business at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She has reviewed papers submitted for consideration to Journal of Knowledge Management, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, Program - Electronic Library and Information Systems, International Business Review, etc. Her main research interests are: knowledge management, intellectual capital, international business dynamics, relationship marketing, sustainability, organizational theory and diagnosis.

Research: Intellectual capital concepts and models, international business and relational capital, online business networks and knowledge management.
