Biography
Cosmas Kemboi is a lecturer School of Business and Public Management at KCA University, Nairobi, Kenya. He is currently a second year student pursuing PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Management) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Nairobi, Kenya. Kemboi’s main teaching and research interests lie in the areas of knowledge management and innovation management. He is active in curriculum development and currently spearheading the development of postgraduate programmes in knowledge and innovation management at the university. Kemboi is an early career researcher. He also contributes KM articles in a Kenyan management magazine. He has published on knowledge management in journals and conference proceedings. Presently, Kemboi is an active member of learned professional societies and groups, Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), British Academy of Management (BAM) and Global Knowledge Research Network. Prior to joining School of Business on full time, he was Adjunct Lecturer and Deputy University Librarian at KCA University. He has participated in a global knowledge management research projects with partners at Global Knowledge Research Network.
