Biography
Cory Lee Cannon is a Ph.D. student at Bangkok University in the Knowledge and Innovation Management program in Bangkok University. Cannon is also the Knowledge Management Specialist in charge of Knowledge Operations for the three commands of United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and United States Forces Korea (2015 – Present) where he created the architecture for meeting management and knowledge flow to enhance the Commander’s decision-making process. He has published an article based on his experience as the Chief Knowledge Manager for the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (2015). The focus of his research is Commander’s decision-making processes while in combined/joint environments. Mr. Cannon has also been the Deputy Knowledge Management Officer with the 103rd ESC while deployed to Iraq (2010-2011). Stood up the first Knowledge Management Working Group for the U.S. Army Leader Development Education at Fort Leavenworth, KS. Has also created over 8 Knowledge Management Offices within the Department of Défense
