Biography
Alexandra Zbuchea is Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Management at the National University of Studies and Public Administrations, Bucharest, Romania. She is a member of several organizing and scientific boards of conferences and academic events. She is also member in professional associations such as Academy of Marketing Science and ARA (Archaeology, Restoration, Architecture). She is member of the Board of the National Network of Museums in Romania. She is a board member for several academic journals. Since 2006, she is a consultant in cultural management and marketing. She is trainer in cultural marketing and management.
Alexandra is the Executive Manager of the Centre of Research in Management and Leadership and coordinator of the Laboratory of the Management of Non-profit Organizations of the same Centre of the Faculty of Management. She published several books and many studies in marketing for museums, promotion, marketing of cultural organizations, cultural tourism and such. She was twice Fulbright Scholar, at Columbia University and New York University.
