Biography
Adriana Zaiţ is Professor of Marketing, Public Relations and Business Research Methods at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University Alexandru Ioan Cuza Iaşi, Romania. She received her Master of Arts in Economics from University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA, and her PhD in Econometrics from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi. Her main teaching and research interests lie in the areas of services and educational marketing, academic motivation and research productivity, brand communication strategy, cross-cultural issues in entrepreneurship, smart cities. She has published widely on these topics in books, journals and conference proceedings. Presently, Zaiţ is an active member of the PGV research network, serves on editorial boards, executive and program committees for international and national journals and conferences.
Areas of Interest/Expertise
Research: Motivation and research productivity in academia, warmth and competence in brand communication strategies, reliability and validity of measurement scales, cross-cultural issues in entrepreneurial orientation, role of civilizational competences in smart cities development.
